Job summary

Jobtailor in Bentonville, AR seeks a seasoned product and strategy leader to scale Walmart's Financial Services portfolio, driving cross-functional initiatives and KPI-driven growth.

You will translate market insights into scalable capabilities, partner across Product, Tech, Operations, Legal and Finance, and define metrics to guide decision-making.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Accounting, Finance, Marketing, Engineering, or related field with 5 years' experience in consumer services, project management, product management, process improvement, retail operations, or 7 years' experience in those areas
• 1 year's supervisory experience
• Demonstrated success leading complex cross-functional initiatives across Product, Technology, Operations, Marketing, Legal, Finance, and other enterprise partners
• Strong strategic thinking and analytical skills
• Experience developing business strategies, evaluating new opportunities, and building compelling business cases
• Experience building, launching, or managing Financial Services, Payments, Banking, FinTech, or related products
• Proven ability to translate insights into scalable products, capabilities, or experiences
• Experience defining KPIs and success metrics to measure business impact and guide decision-making
• Exceptional communication and stakeholder management skills
• Ability to operate in fast-paced, complex environments and deliver measurable results
