Job summary

Walmart Connect is seeking a senior Product Leader to define and execute multi-quarter strategy for related products. You will build deep customer insights, own roadmaps, and drive data-driven decisions using AI opportunities.

You will mentor teams, align stakeholders, and lead Walmart Connect reporting initiatives to deliver measurable business value. The role requires extensive product management experience, strong cross-functional influence, and a track record of launching complex products

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related field with 7+ years in product management (or 9+ years in product management or related area).
  • Proven experience driving product strategy and managing roadmaps for complex product sets.
  • Strong stakeholder management and ability to influence cross-functional teams without direct authority.
  • Expertise in customer and business needs analysis using design thinking and data-driven decisions.
  • Ability to define product vision, KPIs, and trade-offs aligned with outcomes.
  • Proficiency in leveraging AI and emerging technologies to identify opportunities.
  • Experience mentoring product managers and promoting rigorous discovery and launch readiness.
  • Ability to navigate technical discussions and drive execution across multiple plans.
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies preferred.
  • Must comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace and no-tolerance policy.

  • Ability to navigate technical discussions and drive execution across multiple business plans
  • Knowledge of WCAG 2.2 AA standards and assistive technologies is preferred
  • Must comply with Walmart’s drug-free workplace and no-tolerance policy regarding illegal drugs and alcohol on the job
