Job summary

24 Seven Talent is seeking a Director/VP of Product Development (color cosmetics) for a contract engagement. The role is remote with occasional travel in the Tri State Area, 40 hours per week, and compensation of $80–$100 per hour based on experience.

Lead end-to-end makeup product development from concept through launch, guiding formula, packaging, vendors, testing, and cross-functional development activities.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required.
• 4–8 years of beauty, cosmetics, or consumer product development experience.
• Experience developing makeup formulas and packaging.
• Strong vendor management and project management skills.
• Experience with clean or ingredient-conscious beauty preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop product, formula, and packaging briefs.
