You will supervise staff, oversee digitization efforts, and ensure archival preservation, dispositions, and continuity of operations.

The role requires strong knowledge of records lifecycle management, project coordination, and cross-functional collaboration in a large public health environment.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree with 4 years of progressively responsible clerical/administrative experience, including planning and supervision.
  • Associate degree with 60 credits and 5 years of experience, 18 months in a supervisory capacity.
  • High school diploma with 6 years of progressive clerical/administrative experience, 18 months in supervisory role.

Responsibilities

  • Direct and manage Records Management Unit operations across paper, microfilm, and electronic systems.
  • Lead digitization and modernization initiatives for records management.
  • Support preservation activities, dispositions, disaster prep, and continuity of operations.
  • Oversee workflows, projects, vendor coordination, and process improvements.
  • Develop and maintain records management policies and procedures.
  • Supervise staff and provide guidance, training, and coordination.
  • Coordinate with internal units and external partners on records operations.
