Job summary

Intuit Inc. is seeking a senior Director to lead the Consumer Group Services organization within our Expert Network Services group.

You will own service delivery strategy, expert workforce management, and customer experience outcomes across a large, virtual, and rapidly scaling business. You will lead a team of managers, partner with the Consumer Group segment and cross-functional stakeholders, and shape how Intuit delivers professional tax and financial services at scale.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of leadership and operations experience managing large, distributed teams.
• Track record building leadership teams delivering strong customer experiences.
• Data-driven decision making with KPI accountability.
• Experience with change management and rapid growth.
• Strong cross-functional influencing and executive stakeholder management.
• Excellent communication and DEI commitment.
• Bachelor's degree; advanced degree preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale operations for a large virtual workforce during seasonal cycles.
