Job summary

Triple-S Management Corp. seeks a strategic leader to design, implement, and scale a value-based transformation strategy across Specialty Practices in Puerto Rico.

The Director acts as a partner to providers, translating performance data and contract objectives into actionable initiatives that improve quality and financial performance. You will collaborate with Medical Management, Analytics, Finance, Pharmacy, and Providers, shaping interventions and outcomes while aligning incentives with care

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree in Public Health or Health Services Administration (preferred).
• Bachelor’s Degree in Public Health or Health Services Administration or related field.

Responsibilities

• Establish operating model, standards, and performance framework aligned with value-based objectives.
• Build trusted-advisor relationships with physicians and practice leadership for provider-centric transformation.
• Lead interventions covering clinical workflows, access and capacity, care coordination, referral management, and patient engagement.
• Develop provider performance management using HEDIS, STAR Ratings, CMS measures, and Risk Adjustment/RAF.
