Job summary
MCS Puerto Rico is seeking a senior leader to drive strategic transformation across pharmacy operations in a healthcare insurance context. You will lead cross-functional initiatives, implement innovative solutions, and align projects with regulatory standards and organizational goals.
You will analyze workflows, develop KPIs, and communicate progress to executives, while guiding change management and training for new processes and technologies.
Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in Pharmacy, Healthcare, Business Admin, or related field.
- At least five years in healthcare administration with PBM, managed care, or healthcare innovation.
- Proven track record leading cross-functional initiatives in healthcare.
Responsibilities
- Lead strategic pharmacy transformation initiatives from planning through execution.
- Drive innovation in pharmacy operations to improve outcomes and cost-efficiency.
- Analyze workflows, performance metrics and data trends to identify improvement opportunities.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to design and implement process enhancements and programs.
- develop, monitor, and report KPIs to measure initiative impact.
- Prepare executive-level reports and presentations on progress and recommendations.
- Lead training and change management for new processes and technologies.
