Job summary

Qualifications

• Minimum of 8 years of experience in transformation, strategy, consulting, PMO leadership, operations, healthcare improvement, or enterprise change management.
• Demonstrated experience managing enterprise-wide strategic initiatives.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and influencing executive stakeholders.
• Strong background in business performance improvement and value realization.
• Experience building business cases and measuring financial, operational, and clinical outcomes.
• Executive communication skills, including dashboards, steering committee materials, and Board-level presentations.

Responsibilities

• Identify, evaluate, and prioritize strategic opportunities that create measurable enterprise value.
• Develop business cases, value realization plans, and ROI analyses for transformation initiatives.
• Establish methodologies to measure financial, operational, clinical, and customer experience outcomes.
• Track realization of productivity improvements, revenue enhancements, and cost savings.
• Ensure accountability for achieving targeted business outcomes.
• Partner with clinical, operational, financial, and business leaders to advance value-based care objectives.
• Lead initiatives focused on quality performance, population health, risk adjustment, utilization management, provider engagement, and cost-of-care improvements.
• Monitor performance against value-based care contractual requirements and strategic goals.
• Identify opportunities to leverage analytics, technology, automation, and AI to improve organizational performance.
• Lead enterprise governance processes for transformation initiatives.
• Establish project intake, prioritization, funding, and approval processes.
• Maintain visibility into project status, risks, dependencies, budgets, and resource utilization.
• Facilitate executive steering committees and governance meetings.
• Ensure consistency in project management disciplines, reporting standards, and delivery methodologies.
• Develop executive dashboards and performance scorecards.
• Present portfolio performance, key risks, mitigation plans, and recommendations to senior leadership.
• Prepare executive briefings and Board-level presentations.
• Deliver insights that support strategic decision-making and resource allocation.

Master’s degree (MBA, MHA, MPH, Finance, Business, Healthcare Administration)
