Apprise by Walker & Dunlop, a leading multifamily valuations platform, is seeking an experienced Director to deliver high‑quality appraisal and consulting services while supporting growth and client relationships across markets.
You will manage assignments from engagement through delivery, mentor team members, coordinate due diligence, and collaborate with appraisers, research analysts, clients, and business leaders to drive accurate valuations and operational excellence.

As an Apprise Director, you will play a key role in delivering high-quality appraisal and consulting services while supporting business growth and client relationships across a variety of markets. You will succeed by managing appraisal assignments from engagement through delivery, mentoring team members, and ensuring exceptional client service. You will collaborate with appraisers, research analysts, clients, and business leaders to deliver accurate valuations and drive operational excellence.
This position has an estimated base salary of 110,000-150,000 plus commissions. An employment offer is based on the applicant’s relevant work experience, applicable knowledge, skills, abilities, internal equity, and alignment with market data.
