LendingOne is seeking a Director of Valuation & Collateral Risk in Boca Raton, FL. You will lead the valuation and appraisal teams, set policy, and ensure collateral quality across diverse loan products.

This is a senior leadership role requiring extensive appraisal expertise and a track record of team development. The ideal candidate drives continuous improvement through technology, data, and automation to strengthen controls, efficiency, and investor alignment while supporting LendingOne’s

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive experience in residential real estate valuation, collateral risk, credit, appraisal review or related lending functions.
• Experience with DSCR and investor real estate lending; knowledge of construction-related collateral risk is preferred.
• Executive-level communication and leadership capabilities for a fast-moving lending environment.

Responsabilidades

• Set and maintain valuation policy across all lending products.
• Provide senior-level review for complex appraisals and after-repair values.
• Establish standards for appraisal, BPO, inspection, and automated valuation processes.
