Servier is seeking a Director of US Ethics & Compliance – Neurology Business Partner to lead ethics and compliance for the Neurology franchise in the U.S. This Boston-area hybrid role reports to the Head of US Ethics & Compliance and involves cross-functional collaboration across Commercial, Medical Affairs, and Patient Affairs.

You will proactively identify risks, shape policy, deliver training, and influence leadership with practical, risk-based guidance.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of work experience in biotech, pharmaceutical, or medical device industry.
• 3+ years of experience in pharmaceutical healthcare compliance with business partnering.
• Bachelor’s degree required; JD or advanced degree preferred.
• Deep knowledge of biotech/pharmaceutical healthcare compliance laws and standards.
• Strong business acumen and ability to influence in a matrixed organization.
• Excellent critical thinking, attention to detail, and communication skills.
• Ability to build relationships with business partners.
• Ability to prioritize multiple tasks with discretion and confidentiality.

Responsabilités

• Act as the primary Ethics & Compliance liaison to the Neurology business.
• Provide proactive, practical compliance guidance aligned with priorities.
• Identify and mitigate compliance risks partnering with Neurology leadership.
• Integrate compliance into business planning, launch readiness, and operations.
• Develop and implement healthcare compliance policies and guidelines.
• Deliver risk-based training and communications for Neurology partners.
• Support corrective actions from monitoring, audits, and investigations.
• Monitor regulatory developments and communicate impact.
• Participate in Neurology leadership and cross-functional forums.
• Collaborate with Compliance colleagues to ensure consistency.
