• Experience leading analytics strategy for pharma/biotech portfolios.
• Strong data governance and regulatory compliance awareness.
• Proven ability to translate objectives into analytics roadmaps and KPIs.
• Experience managing a high-performing analytics team.

Responsibilities

• Lead US business analytics strategy to support CSL’s biotechnology and vaccine portfolio.
• Translate commercial and medical objectives into analytics roadmaps and measurable KPIs.
• Oversee development of forecasting, segmentation, and performance dashboards.
• Partner with cross-functional leaders to guide data-driven business decisions.
• Ensure data quality, governance, and compliance with industry regulations.
• Manage and mentor a high-performing analytics team.
• Collaborate with global analytics and R&D groups to share best practices.
• Present insights and recommendations to senior and executive leadership.
• Evaluate and implement advanced analytics tools and technologies.
• Drive continuous improvement in analytics methods and reporting processes.
