Director, US Business Analytics – Biotech & Pharmaceuticals

Location: King Of Prussia, PA, United States

CSL is seeking a Director, US Business Analytics to lead analytics strategy supporting our US biotechnology and vaccine portfolio. In this role, you will shape data-driven decisions across commercial and medical teams, building robust forecasting, segmentation, and performance dashboards. You will guide a high-performing analytics team, ensure strong data governance, and partner with leaders nationwide to turn complex data into clear, actionable insights that advance innovative therapies, strengthen patient outcomes, and drive CSL’s US growth in a collaborative, values-driven environment.
