This hybrid role is based in our Glen Allen, VA office and aligns with corporate goals for production, profitability, retention, and policyholder service.

The successful candidate will manage operations for the Georgia Branch Office in coordination with regional leaders.

Currently seeking an experienced Underwriting Director who will be responsible for acquiring and retaining profitable property and casualty accounts with our Mid-Atlantic agency partners. The selected candidate will manage an underwriting team and plan, direct and oversee the Underwriting function for the Georgia Branch Office in accordance with corporate and regional goals for production, profitability, retention and policyholder service. This position is a hybrid role in our Mid-Atlantic office in Glen Allen, VA.

The salary range for this position is $141,236-$217,503 annually. This salary range is an estimate and the actual salary will vary based on applicant’s education, experience, knowledge, skills, and abilities.
