Job summary

Samsung Austin Semiconductor is seeking a Director to lead the Water Treatment and Reclaim organization. You will drive strategic and operational leadership for UPW and IWT systems, overseeing a sizable team of engineers, operators, and contractors, and aligning investments with future manufacturing requirements.

You will manage budgets, KPIs, safety, regulatory compliance, and external partnerships, while directing long-term infrastructure strategies and major capital projects to ensure

Qualifications

• 15+ years in engineering, construction, operations, or maintenance of large-scale industrial utility systems with leadership experience.
• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; advanced degree preferred for senior leadership.
• Extensive knowledge of Ultrapure Water (UPW) and Industrial Wastewater Treatment (IWT) in a semiconductor setting.

Responsibilities

• Lead design, construction, commissioning, operations, maintenance, and continuous improvement of UPW and IWT systems.
• Oversee a large multidisciplinary organization and capital project portfolio with clear KPIs.
• Develop long-term infrastructure strategies and manage external providers and regulatory bodies.
