Samsung Austin Semiconductor seeks a Director of Water and Wastewater Treatment and Reclaim to lead UPW and IWT systems at the Taylor site. You will oversee a large, multidisciplinary team, manage capital investments, and drive safety, reliability, and sustainability across utilities.

You will shape long-term utility strategies, coordinate with external partners and regulators, and ensure cost-effective, compliant operations supporting manufacturing needs.

Qualifikationen

• 15+ years in engineering, construction, operations, or maintenance of large industrial utility systems.
• Experience managing multidisciplinary teams across engineering, operations and maintenance.
• Experience directing large-scale capital projects and infrastructure development.

Aufgaben

• Lead design, construction, commissioning, operations, and maintenance of UPW and IWT systems.
• Manage a multidisciplinary org of engineers, operators, and contractors.
• Own long-term utility strategies and capacity expansion for Taylor site.
• Direct engineering and capital projects; ensure regulatory compliance and safety.
• Develop budgets, staffing plans, and commercial agreements.
• Drive safety, reliability, operating excellence, and continuous improvement.
• Represent Samsung with regulators, government officials, and external stakeholders.
• Develop organizational capabilities and succession planning.
