Job summary

Enterprise Products Partners L.P in Mont Belvieu, TX seeks a strategic Director for Turnaround & Non-Routine Maintenance to lead the department, set priorities, and align field operations with executive goals.

You will mentor managers, manage budgets, oversee vendor relations, and drive reliability programs across pipelines, stations and terminals, ensuring safe, compliant asset performance. Mobility to field assets required; on-site work in Texas.

Qualifications

• Four year post secondary degree in engineering or an equipment related field is required.
• Five or more years of leadership experience at the manager level or above in the energy or equipment industry is required.
• Ten or more years of energy related experience preferred.
• Proven leadership skills in communication, organization, influencing and conflict resolution are required.
• Proven leadership skills in the operations, maintenance, or engineering of mechanical and electrical equipment is required.
• Proven ability to communicate effectively and influence various individuals and groups across organizational lines is required.
• Proven ability to effectively develop, manage, improve, and maintain relationships with contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Proven organizational skills and abilities is required.
• Experience with midstream energy facilities and mobility to field assets is preferred.

Responsibilities

Description

The Turnaround & Non-Routine Maintenance Director'sresponsibilities include, but are not limited to:

• Selection, development, training and mentoring of Managers and other direct reports.
• Organization, alignment, and staffing of the Turnaround Maintenance Department to meet the goals and expectations of field operations and executive management.
• Oversight and guidance of the origination, development, modification, and implementation of equipment reliability, programs, procedures, policies and manuals.
• Oversight and guidance of the development, improvement, maintenance, and performance of agreements and contracts with outside equipment contractors, vendors, and suppliers.
• Creating, developing, and improving working relationship between outside contractors, equipment vendors, Field Operations, Project Management, Field Engineering and other internal departments.
• Setting and achieving departmental goals that support and meet the expectations of executive management.
• Developing, monitoring and achieving departmental expense and capital budgets.
• Participation in industry associations as appropriate.

• Working knowledge of midstream energy industry facilities such as pipelines (gas, liquids, natural gas liquids), pump and compressor stations, gas and liquid measurement facilities, above and below ground storage, liquid terminals, rail loading/unloading facilities, marine loading/unloading facilities, gas processing facilities, or natural gas liquids fractionation is preferred.
• Mobility to walk and access field assets is required.
