Job summary

Fetch is seeking a Director of Trust & Safety Detection & Intelligence to lead strategy, operating models, and execution for fraud detection and threat intelligence. Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in fraud detection, investigations, threat intelligence, trust & safety, risk operations, cybersecurity, data analysis, or related field with leadership.
• 5+ years of people leadership managing senior analysts, investigators, or operational teams.
• Proven experience building or scaling detection and intelligence operating models, workflows, and performance metrics.
• Strong analytical and technical fluency with large datasets, dashboards, SQL or SQL-like querying, and detection systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead the Trust & Safety Detection & Intelligence function, setting strategy, priorities, operating rhythms, and success metrics.
• Build scalable systems to identify and respond to fraud, abuse, policy evasion, and emerging threats.
• Own the detection rules layer and binding fraud determination, prioritizing detection and ML requirements.
• Translate intelligence into durable product, policy, operational, and enforcement improvements.
• Oversee investigations and intelligence programs delivering actionable findings and executive-ready risk assessments.
• Establish performance measures for detection quality, investigation outcomes, and enforcement impact.
• Develop senior analysts and future leaders to uphold high standards for rigor and escalation.
