The role focuses on capacity planning, resource utilization, service execution, and network optimization to grow Express and related services. You will collaborate with agents, Contract Truckmen, customers, and internal teams to improve performance and profitability while ensuring compliance and driving continuous improvement

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Transportation, Logistics, or related field.
• 8+ years of transportation, logistics, fleet operations experience.
• 5+ years of leadership experience.
• Strong communication, relationship-building, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.

Responsabilités

• Lead transportation operations across multiple product lines with efficient capacity planning and service execution.
• Develop strategies to optimize transportation capacity and maximize fleet and Contract Truckman utilization.
• Partner with agents, Contract Truckmen, customers, and internal stakeholders to support growth.
• Monitor transportation volume, market capacity, and performance to identify improvements.
• Drive operational excellence via process improvements, technology enhancements, and best practices.
