Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with 8–10 years industry experience or Master’s degree with 3+ years experience.
• Proven project management and organizational skills.
• Excellent oral and written communication.
• Ability to manage budgets and stakeholder relationships.
• Experience with cross-functional leadership and vendor coordination.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership to an assigned portfolio of projects with executives and stakeholders.
• Communicate status clearly and timely to NM Executives and partners.
• Ensure project goals align with sponsor needs and deliver on time and on budget.
• Lead organizational development and mentoring to build execution capabilities.
• Develop priorities and plans, anticipating obstacles and alternatives.
