Job summary

Raymond James is seeking a Director of Operations for Transitions Management in a hybrid role based in St. Petersburg, FL.

You will lead strategic operations across a large workforce, develop scalable processes, and partner with Recruiting, Marketing, Risk, and other departments to deliver exceptional advisor experiences. The role requires senior leadership experience, a strong onboarding lifecycle understanding, and a commitment to collaboration and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree requirement in relevant fields (Accounting/Business/Finance).
• Extensive leadership experience with a track record of developing leaders.
• Experience managing large teams and cross-functional programs.

Responsibilities

• Lead operational strategy, execution, and continuous improvement of shared services for advisor transitions.
• Oversee a large team of associates, contractors, and leaders to support business growth.
• Drive collaboration across Recruiting, supervision, Core Operations, Marketing, Registrations, Risk, and other teams.
• Develop scalable processes to enhance advisor and associate experiences while balancing risk and efficiency.
• Manage training, onboarding, and performance for a contract workforce of 80–100 people.
• Represent Transitions Management across the organization and at advisor events.
