Qualifications

• Advanced degree in a related field.
• 5+ years of relevant experience including 2+ years supervisory experience.
• Ability to develop and administer department goals, plans, and budgets.

Responsibilities

• Directs and manages maintenance of buses, buildings, and equipment to ensure safe, clean, and reliable service.
• Oversees department annual budget, staffing, equipment, and supplies.
• Represents Maintenance in labor contract negotiations.
• Performs supervisory reviews, training, and performance management of staff.
• Develops and implements maintenance programs and evaluates new technologies.
