Job summary

CliftonLarsonAllen (CLA) is seeking a Director to lead transformation initiatives that support CLA's strategic goals and CAAS leadership. You will work with firm-wide leaders to develop standardized processes, process documentation, and training, and you will drive adoption and change management across the organization.

In this role you will oversee project leadership, collaborate with SMEs and business stakeholders, track KPI performance, report results to senior leadership, and ensure delivery

Qualifications

• 7 years of public accounting, professional services or finance experience in industry experience required.
• 12+ years of public accounting, professional services or finance experience in industry experience preferred.
• Advanced technical knowledge of CLA processes is preferred.
• Bachelor's degree is required. Master's degree is preferred. Combination of relevant experience, education, and training may be accepted in lieu of degree.
• Degrees in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

• Transformation: Lead development of standardized processes, process documentation, and training across the firm; deliver training to practitioners and champions; develop implementation plans to encourage adoption and change management.
• Collaboration: Include SMEs and business stakeholders; enforce process standards and identify solutions.
• Project Leadership: Oversee project management teams; lead annual transformation projects; consult with SMEs; communicate changes to senior leadership.
• Success Metrics: Lead KPI measurement, reporting, and analysis; coordinate with other areas to monitor metrics.
• Problem Solving: Develop creative solutions; strong decision-making to navigate transformation challenges.
