Job summary

CLA is seeking a Director to lead strategic transformation initiatives across the firm, prioritizing standardization, automation, and adoption. You will work with firm-wide and CAAS leadership to drive transformation, monitor outcomes, and provide corrective recommendations to improve client service delivery and the CLA family experience.

You will oversee project teams, engage SMEs, and manage change initiatives while ensuring timely communication to senior leadership.

Qualifications

7 years of public accounting, professional services or finance experience in industry experience required.
12+ years of public accounting, professional services or finance experience in industry experience preferred.
Advanced technical knowledge of CLA processes is preferred.
Degrees in Accounting, Finance, Business Management or related field preferred.

Responsibilities

Leads transformation initiatives to standardize processes, document procedures, and train across the firm.
Collaborates with SMEs and senior leaders across the matrix to enforce standards and identify solutions.
Oversees project management teams, guides transformation projects, and ensures adoption across the CAAS transformation.
Measures and reports on KPIs; coordinates with firm areas to monitor success metrics.
Uses creative problem solving and strong decision-making to navigate transformation challenges.
