The Director, Transaction Management leads the due diligence and closing execution for the company’s acquisition and disposition activity, ensuring disciplined process, risk management, and cross-functional alignment through post-close stabilization. This leader sets direction for the transaction management function and drives consistent execution through a team of 4-6 transaction professionals, partners closely with senior leadership and cross-functional stakeholders and continuously improves the operating model to strengthen outcomes and efficiency.
This role requires deep transaction experience, outstanding judgment and communication, and a track record of leading teams to deliver results in fast-moving, high-accountability environments.

$175,000 - $210,000 annually. This represents the presently anticipated low and high end of the Company’s base compensation range for this position. Actual base compensation range may vary based on various factors, including but not limited to location and experience.
This job is also eligible for a discretionary bonus on an annual basis.
