Deciphera is seeking a senior leader to spearhead U.S. trade and distribution strategy for our oncology portfolio. You will oversee specialty pharmacy, distributor, and 3PL partnerships and align distribution with commercial and supply chain needs.

The ideal candidate brings 15+ years in pharma with 10+ years in distribution, deep knowledge of U.S. specialty pharmacy and 3PL models, and a track record of launching products successfully.
