SERVPRO is a leading national restoration company seeking a Director, Total Rewards to design, administer, and optimize compensation, benefits, and payroll programs enterprise-wide. You will partner with HR, Finance, Legal, and senior leaders to ensure programs are competitive, compliant, and cost-effective while supporting employees and franchise owners.

The role also oversees equity compensation, executive pay, and educational resources for independent franchises, with a focus on governance,

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive experience in total rewards, compensation, benefits, or related HR roles.
• 3+ years of experience leading people, coaching, and delivering results.
• Experience with equity compensation and long‑term incentive programs.
• Experience supporting executive compensation programs and governance materials.
• Advanced proficiency with Microsoft Office and HRIS systems.
• Strong knowledge of compensation practices and pay equity.

Responsibilities

• Lead the strategy, design, administration, and governance of total rewards programs (compensation, executive compensation, equity, benefits).
• Develop and maintain compensation structures, salary ranges, incentive plans, and related policies.
• Oversee annual compensation planning and equity recommendations with senior leadership.
• Support executive compensation programs with analysis and governance materials.
• Oversee equity programs, including grants, vesting, reporting, and compliance.
• Provide guidance on franchise relationship considerations and available educational resources.
