Qualifications

• 10+ years in compensation with 3–5 years executive compensation
• 7+ years leading total rewards programs or teams
• Experience preparing materials for Board Committees
• Advanced Excel modeling and data analysis
• Experience with multi-entity organizations and equity plans

Responsibilities

• Design and govern Riot's compensation architecture and salary structures across multiple entities
• Lead executive compensation modeling and equity plan administration
• Manage annual compensation planning including merit, bonus, and equity refresh
• Prepare Compensation Committee materials and Board-ready analyses
• Integrate compensation data across HRIS, payroll, and systems
