Procter & Gamble is seeking a Director of TikTok Shop & Performance Marketing to lead the growth of social commerce for P&G Health Care. This role partners with Brand leaders and cross-functional teams to build a best-in-class social commerce ecosystem that drives meaningful business growth.

The ideal candidate combines commercial acumen with operational excellence, shaping Marketing, Media, Digital Commerce, Supply Chain, IT, and Customer Service.

Qualifications

• 6–8 years in eCommerce, DTC, social commerce, marketplace, or adjacent fields.
• Demonstrated experience in integrated media planning with a focus on performance marketing.
• Proven success managing external agencies or vendors.
• Strong interest in social commerce, TikTok trends and TikTok Shop.
• Excellent project management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the organization's subject matter expert on social commerce, leading TikTok Shop strategy, operations, capability development, and scaling best practices across P&G Health Care brands.
• Develop best-in-class performance marketing models across social selling and digital commerce.
• Capability building: identify, design and ensure delivery of the infrastructure required to support this work including tagging strategies, measurement requirements, dashboards, and organization and process.
• Accountable for developing channel forecasting capabilities and inventory planning with Brand Online and Supply Planning counterparts.
• Leverage platform tools to track sales, ad spend, KPIs and campaign effectiveness to inform shop strategy.
• Lead cross-functional teams to build scalable social commerce operations and remove barriers to growth.
• Hold agency partners accountable for delivering growth and operational excellence against business objectives.
• Liaise with TikTok and other platform account teams.
• Track the competitive landscape and translate signals into actionable recommendations.
