Amgen is seeking a Director, Thought Leader Liaison for Sjögren's disease to build and lead the national TLL team for one of Amgen’s highest-priority launches in Rare Disease. This role focuses on shaping engagement with leading experts and translating insights into launch strategy.

You will collaborate across U.S. Marketing, Medical Affairs, Field Medical, Sales, Market Access, and other partners to prepare for launch and sustain adoption.

• Set the TLL strategy and annual operating plan for Sjögren's disease, aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and measurable objectives.
• Hire, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing national TLL team; establish clear goals, accountability, and development plans.
