Amgen is seeking a Director, Thought Leader Liaison for Sjögren’s Disease to lead the national TLL team, engage with leading experts, and translate field insights into launch strategy. You will work across Marketing, Medical Affairs, Field Medical, Sales, Market Access, and R&D to prepare for launch and ensure compliant execution.

The role is field-based and focuses on building a high-performing team and shaping market understanding of a high-need disease, with a strong emphasis on collaboration

Formación

• Doctorate degree and 4 years of marketing experience, or Master’s degree with 8 years, or Bachelor’s with 10 years of marketing/commercial experience.
• MBA is preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Set the TLL strategy and annual operating plan for Sjögren’s disease, aligned with brand strategy, launch priorities, and measurable objectives.
• Hire, lead, coach, and develop a high-performing national TLL team; establish clear goals, accountability, and development plans.
• Build a thoughtful engagement approach for leading and emerging experts across relevant specialties.
• Partner with Marketing to develop speaker strategy and peer-to-peer programs.
• Translate field insights and market data into recommendations for brand strategy and launch planning.
• Collaborate with cross-functional partners to coordinate launch readiness and execution.
• Oversee budgets, resources, and partners; adjust plans based on priorities.
• Ensure compliance with applicable commercial, regulatory, legal requirements.
• Model Amgen Values and foster collaboration, inclusion, and accountability.
