Tompkins Bank & Trust in the United States is hiring a Director of Third-Party Risk Management to lead the bank's TPRM program, oversee lifecycle, ensure regulatory compliance, and partner across units to identify and mitigate third-party risk.

The role requires strong governance, contract management, risk reporting to risk committees and the board, and continuous improvement of processes. In-office location with multiple NY and PA offices.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in a relevant field.
• 8+ years of experience in third-party risk management.
• Strong regulatory and industry guidance knowledge.
• Contract negotiation experience preferred.
• Ability to assess third-party financial statements and risks.

Responsabilités

• Direct, oversee, and coordinate the Company’s third-party risk management program.
• Lead the Third-Party Risk Management Committee and governance activities.
• Create policies, procedures, and program practices aligned with regulatory guidance.
