West Henderson Hospital, part of The Valley Health System, seeks a Director of Therapy Services to oversee OT, PT, Rehab, and Speech-Language Pathology. The role leads department operations and professional growth, shaping patient care in a 150-bed acute care setting in Henderson, NV.

The ideal candidate holds a NV state license as a Speech Pathologist or as an OT/PT, with 5+ years of leadership in therapy services and a relevant degree. Full-time days with competitive benefits are offered.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Physical, Occupational or Speech Therapy or a Master’s/Doctoral degree meeting licensure guidelines.
• Five+ years of progressive, relevant clinical and management experience in therapy.
• Nevada State Licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist or Registered Occupational and/or Physical Therapist; ASHA CCC requirements; current BLS.
