Epic Healthcare in Fortuna, PA is hiring a Director of Rehabilitation to lead our rehabilitation department, oversee PT, OT, and SLP services, and coordinate care with interdisciplinary teams to promote wellness and recovery.

Formación

• Must hold current licensure as PT, OT, or SLP in Pennsylvania.
• Proven experience in rehabilitation management, preferably in long-term care.
• Strong leadership, organizational, and communication abilities.

Responsabilidades

• Direct and oversee the rehabilitation department and therapy teams (PT/OT/SLP).
• Develop, implement, and evaluate individualized therapy programs for residents.
• Ensure compliance with state and federal regulations and company policies.
• Monitor budgets and resources for the department.
• Provide ongoing staff training and mentorship.
• Collaborate with other departments to ensure continuity of care.
• Maintain accurate records and documentation.
