This on-site role spans Service Delivery, Campus Experience, IT Governance, and Portfolio leadership, partnering with executives to drive clear accountability, budgeting, and service excellence.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent in IT, business, education administration or related field.
• 7–10 years of progressive IT service delivery and operations leadership.
• Experience leading staff, improving service quality, and achieving operational consistency.

Responsibilities

• Leads institutional Service Desk and Campus Experience with phased modernization.
• Establishes service channels, intake, triage, escalation, and knowledge practices.
• Oversees IT governance, portfolio visibility, and business operations.
• Manages vendor relationships and procurement in collaboration with finance and legal.
• Leads IT business analysts and project managers to align demand with delivery.
