About the team:

The Technology Operations team drives operational excellence by managing Jira administration, vendor partnerships, and governance processes. It aligns engineering and product functions to boost productivity and strategic execution. Collaborating across departments, the team upholds organizational standards, monitors progress, and supports business priorities. Focused on program management, financial oversight, and process improvement, members ensure efficient delivery of technology initiatives. Strong coordination, communication, and analytical skills enable continuous improvement and effective stakeholder engagement within a dynamic environment, fostering seamless execution of technology operations aligned with business goals.

The annual salary range for this position is $110,000.00 - $220,000.00 Additional compensation includes annual or quarterly performance bonuses. Additional compensation for certain positions may also include :
