Job summary

Mosaic Clinical Technologies seeks a Senior Technical Success Manager to lead strategy, deployment, adoption, and optimization of clinical applications across radiology practices, aligning with operational and clinical goals.

You will mentor a team of Technical Success Managers, partnering with Product, Engineering and Clinical Operations to translate practice feedback into product roadmaps, and drive adoption through onboarding, training and workflow improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics or related field; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in radiology informatics, clinical application management, or healthcare IT with leadership responsibility.
  • Proven track record of driving clinical application deployment, end-user adoption, and workflow optimization in a healthcare or radiology environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both technical and clinical stakeholders.
  • Ability to thrive in a fast paced environment and utilize data to drive adoption rates.

POSITION SUMMARY:
  • Lead the strategy, deployment, adoption, and optimization of clinical applications across radiology practices, ensuring alignment with operational and clinical goals.
  • Leverage deep expertise in medical imaging workflows, PACS, RIS, imaging informatics, and AI-assisted diagnostic technologies, while ensuring compliance with healthcare and imaging regulations.
  • Drive radiologist and end-user adoption through onboarding, training, technical enablement programs, and workflow optimization initiatives.
  • Manage, mentor, and develop a team of Technical Success Managers focused on successful implementations, user satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
  • Serve as a trusted partner to Product, Engineering, and Clinical Operations teams, translating practice feedback into product enhancements and roadmap priorities.
  • Monitor and improve key performance metrics including application adoption, user satisfaction, deployment success, workflow efficiency, and operational outcomes.
  • Act as the primary escalation point for technical issues, ensuring timely resolution and a high-quality customer experience during deployments and ongoing support.
  • Support practices through critical transitions with up to 50% travel, occasional evening/weekend/on-call responsibilities, and the flexibility to work outside standard business hours as needed.
DESIRED PROFESSIONAL SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE:
  • Bachelor’s degree in healthcare informatics, information technology, biomedical engineering, or related field preferred; Master’s degree preferred.
  • 10 years of experience in radiology informatics, clinical application management, or healthcare IT with leadership responsibility.
  • Proven track record of driving clinical application deployment, end-user adoption, and workflow optimization in a healthcare or radiology environment.
  • Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills with the ability to engage both technical and clinical stakeholders.

COMPENSATION:

The salary range for this position is $123,000.00 – 192,000.00. Final determinations may vary based on several factors including but not limited to education, work experience, certifications, geographic location etc. This role is also eligible for an annual discretionary bonus. In addition to this range, Radiology Partners offers competitive total rewards packages, which include health & wellness coverage options, 401k benefits, and a broad range of other benefits such as family planning and telehealth (all benefits are subject to eligibility requirements).
