Chenega MIOS is seeking a Director of Technical Solutions in Lorton, VA (Hybrid). The role leads technical solution development across opportunities, translating customer needs into feasible, competitive strategies and guiding cross-functional teams.

You will drive pursuit quality, collaborate with business development, operations, and SME teams, and shape growth initiatives. Ideal candidates bring senior PM/leadership experience in Agile/DevSecOps and federal contracting, with a strong ability

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in engineering, information technology, Cyber Security or a related field is required.
Senior Program/Project Manager experience leading Agile/DevSecOps IT/engineering or Cyber related programs within the past 5 years.
Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional technical teams or major workstreams in a complex, deadline-driven environment.
Experience developing or shaping large integrated technical solutions addressing customer mission, technical, operational, staffing, transition, and performance requirements.

Responsibilities

Lead Technical Solutioning - guide development and maturation of technical solutions aligned with customer missions.
Shape Pursuit Strategy - develop customer-focused pursuit strategies to improve win probability and proposal quality.
Support Organizational Growth - act as trusted advisor translating customer requirements into practical solutions.
Guide Cross-Functional Teams - mentor solution architects and subject matter experts to ensure consistency and accountability.
Advance Growth Planning - contribute to strategic plans, market priorities, capability roadmaps, and growth objectives.
Assess Markets and Competitors - monitor federal market conditions and competitor strategies to identify differentiators.
Align the Opportunity Pipeline - participate in pipeline reviews ensuring early start and governance alignment.
Lead Solution Reviews - plan and facilitate solution development sessions and competitive assessments.
Support Strategic Growth Initiatives - evaluate partnerships and other relationships to strengthen capabilities.
Measure and Improve Performance - track win rates and lessons learned to improve processes.
Promote a Solution-Oriented Culture - encourage collaboration and knowledge sharing.
