Job summary

Kardigan, Inc. seeks a Director, Technical Operations Demand & Supply Planning to lead end-to-end planning across outsourced manufacturing and clinical supply networks.

Reporting to the Senior Director, Head of Planning, you will collaborate with Technical Operations, CMC, Clinical Operations, Quality, Regulatory Affairs, Finance, Procurement, and external partners to translate strategy into actionable plans in a fast-moving clinical development environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Operations Management, Engineering, Life Sciences, Business, or related discipline; advanced degree preferred.
• APICS/ASCM certification preferred or MBA beneficial.
• Experience in biotechnology/pharma planning and cross-functional coordination is required.

Responsibilities

• Build demand plans translating enrollment assumptions and protocol requirements into practical forecasts.
• Create integrated supply plans across substance, product, packaging, labeling, testing, release, and distribution.
• Balance service, continuity, shelf life, and inventory investment to ensure patient supply.
• Track inventory health and forecast accuracy; identify capacity constraints and risks.
• Coordinate with External Manufacturing and Technical Operations to align CDMO execution with plans.
• Lead scenario planning for demand changes, delays, and launch readiness.
• Turn planning data into dashboards and actionable recommendations.
