Kardigan is seeking a Sr. Director, Vendor & Relationship Management to lead strategic vendor governance, sourcing strategy, and relationship management across its clinical portfolio. You will define operating models, ensure CRO and central lab performance, and partner with cross‑functional teams to drive cost efficiency and quality.

The role emphasizes hands‑on leadership, governance design, and mature vendor relationships to support Kardigan’s late‑stage development programs.

• The role requires deep experience in vendor management, program governance, and outsourcing within biopharmaceuticals.
• Experience defining sourcing strategies, operating models, and vendor scorecards for CROs and central labs.
• Strong negotiation, communication, and leadership skills are essential.
