Responsibilities

• Lead the site Technical Operations team and recruit/manage personnel while fostering quality culture.
• Ensure resources are available to develop technical and leadership skills, drive high performance and inclusive culture.
• Manage performance and develop team members to achieve organizational goals and growth.
• Develop annual operations financial plans and manage department operations within budget.
• Partner with Operations, Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, Regulatory Affairs on NPI and regulatory filings.
