Job summary

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science or related field plus significant industry experience.
Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
Experience with GMP standards, regulatory submissions, and product transfer.
Proven program management and budget oversight experience.

Responsibilities

Lead the site Technical Operations team and drive a high-quality culture.
Develop annual operations strategy, capital plans, and resource forecast.
Oversee validation, transfer, manufacturing, and regulatory readiness for potent products.
Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliant execution.
