Job summary

• Bachelor’s degree in engineering/science or related field plus significant industry experience.
• Strong leadership and cross-functional collaboration skills.
• Experience with GMP standards, regulatory submissions, and product transfer.
• Proven program management and budget oversight experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead the site Technical Operations team and drive a high-quality culture.
• Develop annual operations strategy, capital plans, and resource forecast.
• Oversee validation, transfer, manufacturing, and regulatory readiness for potent products.
• Collaborate with Quality, Supply Chain, R&D, and Regulatory Affairs to ensure compliant execution.
