Job summary

SpectrumCareers seeks a Senior Accounting Leader to join its global finance organization within a Fortune 100 technology company. This role supports new business initiatives, large-scale global operations, and multiple business lines.

The leader will drive financial reporting, strengthen internal controls, perform technical accounting research, and collaborate with cross-functional teams including executive leadership to solve complex accounting challenges.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of progressive professional accounting experience.
• Senior Manager-level experience in public accounting and/or a large public company.
• Strong GAAP technical knowledge and experience with internal controls (COSO framework).
• Experience navigating complex organizational structures and large-scale business models.
• Demonstrated ability to lead teams and deliver results in fast-paced environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead portions of the monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reporting process.
• Assess, design, and strengthen internal controls aligned with business growth.
• Conduct and document technical accounting research and conclusions.
• Partner with internal teams on new launches, systems enhancements, and process improvements.
• Mentor and guide junior team members while influencing stakeholders at all levels.
• Contribute to special projects impacting global operations.
