Job summary

Spectrum.Life, a rapidly growing HealthTech partner, seeks a Financial Controller to lead the finance operations team and drive AI-enabled improvements across reporting, controls and processes. The role oversees multi-entity finance, payroll, and statutory compliance in a dynamic, collaborative setting.

The successful candidate will shape finance policy, manage change, and partner with business leaders to drive efficiency and strategic decision-making.

Qualifications

• Qualified accountant with post-qualification experience.
• Experience leading a finance team in a growing business.
• Strong IFRS/GAAP knowledge and statutory reporting experience.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop a finance operations team (payables, billing, collections, payroll).
• Coordinate month-end close and provide timely financial reporting.
• Support statutory reporting, audits, and tax compliance.
