• 8+ years creating executive presentations, board materials, and strategic recommendations for C-suite audiences.
• 5+ years collaborating across software engineering, architecture, product management, and operations to drive alignment and execution.
• Healthcare, payer, or Fortune 100 technology experience is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Define and evolve the multi-year technology strategy, executive roadmap, and investment priorities.
• Lead the operating rhythm of the technology organization, governance, and workforce planning.
• Oversee technology portfolio governance, capital planning, and financial management.
• Drive accountability across strategic programs with transparent reporting to executives.
• Partner with Engineering, Product, Architecture, Operations, Finance, HR and business stakeholders to improve transformation outcomes.
