Job summary

Sodexo InReach seeks a Director, Technology Strategy & Transformation to lead the technology strategy that enables profitable growth in the DMV area. You will translate business needs into a clear technology vision, build a capability roadmap, and drive portfolio decisions across retail and omnichannel platforms.

The role requires strategic thinking, strong leadership, and experience delivering technology initiatives that improve consumer, client, and operator experiences.

Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
MBA or higher preferred for leadership and strategy roles.
Experience in retail, convenience, or omnichannel settings is strongly preferred.
Proven ability to translate business needs into technology roadmaps and plans.

Responsibilities

Define and drive the Convenience technology strategy and roadmap.
Partner with executive leadership to align technology with growth objectives and ROI.
Develop an omnichannel technology strategy connecting physical and digital channels.
Lead governance and prioritization of the technology portfolio and value realization.
