Sodexo/InReach is seeking a Director of Technology Strategy & Transformation for the DMV area. The role shapes the technology infrastructure to enable the Convenience business, partnering with Sodexo’s Tech team and executive leaders to align initiatives with profitable growth objectives.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience; MBA preferred.
• Demonstrated experience in planning, analytics, and project management within omnichannel environments.
• Experience with retail technology capabilities such as POS/payments, digital commerce, loyalty and data platforms.

Responsabilités

• Drive change across the organization and own Operational Excellence initiatives.
• Design, establish and execute the technology infrastructure to support the Convenience business.
• Translate business needs into a clear technology vision and capability roadmap.
• Lead strategic technology initiatives from concept through implementation and value realization.
• Build executive-level roadmaps and drive governance for the technology portfolio.
• Serve as a transformation leader to enable new operating models and capabilities.
