Job summary

Cencora is seeking a Director of Technology Innovation CoE to govern the evaluation, selection, and deployment of emerging technologies across the supply chain. You will own the stage-gate process, ensuring disciplined, agile governance and delivering measurable value.

You will bridge vendors, stakeholders, and executives, leading cross-functional teams and crafting executive-ready business cases for strategic innovations. This role requires extensive leadership experience in supply chain tech.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, engineering, business, information systems, or related field.
• 10+ years in supply chain ops, strategy, or tech with leadership exposure.
• 3–5 years in a leadership role overseeing programs.
• Experience designing or managing stage-gate, pipeline, or governance processes.
• Ability to present to executives and facilitate leadership forums.

Responsibilities

• Own and continuously improve a multi-stage gate framework for evaluating, piloting, and scaling innovations.
• Lead cross-functional gate review committees and executive decisions.
• Maintain a transparent innovation pipeline dashboard for active and archived candidates.
• Develop executive-ready business cases and investment proposals.
• Drive alignment between innovation initiatives and the supply chain roadmap.
