Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Communications or related field.
• 8+ years in Corporate/ Marketing Communications or Public Relations.
• Experience in sports, media or entertainment preferred.
• Strong media relationships across channels.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Create earned media strategies to raise the team’s visibility.
• Build relationships with local, regional and national media outlets.
• Serve as primary liaison for players, coaches and staff with media.
• Coordinate game day media operations and press materials.
• Develop football and business communications aligned with league priorities.
