XFL Properties LLC DBA United Football League in Arlington, TX is seeking a Director of Creative Video & Production to lead the league's storytelling across eight teams. You will guide productions from concept to delivery, shaping a distinctive visual language that resonates with fans, players and partners.

The role requires 8–10+ years in sports/entertainment video, strong leadership, and deep knowledge of Premiere Pro and After Effects. Hybrid work with competitive compensation and benefits.

Qualifications

• 8-10+ years leading creative video production in sports, entertainment, media or agency settings.
• Proven ability to lead internal teams and manage external agencies and freelancers.
• Portfolio showing storytelling and production across multiple formats.
• Strong understanding of video production, editing and post-production.
• Experience with social-first storytelling and digital content strategy.

Responsibilities

• Set and evolve the league's creative video vision across eight teams and initiatives.
• Lead a high-performing team of videographers, editors, producers and staff.
• Serve as creative leader and executive producer on major productions.
• Maintain a consistent visual style and authentic local voice.
• Oversee social-first video, features, documentaries, all-access content, and broadcasts.
• Manage external production companies, freelancers and agencies.
• Develop calendars, staffing plans and priorities for the season.
• Partner with Social, Marketing, Design, Communications, Broadcast, Partnerships and Football Ops.
